Backend Customer Timezone#643

Timezones are so important for running a smooth online lesson schedule. We as admins need to be able to choose a customer’s timezone on the backend as we do for the employees. This will otherwise cause confusion between clients and teachers. This also make our jobs easier!

Hi, as much as I know, there is an option to enable Amelia recognize the timezone according to the client’s IP and show calendar to that regard

So needed, including for notification emails… so that once bookings are made the notification emails that send the confirmation details in the customer/clients timezone

Yes!
It would be good to have the options to

  • Setting a timezone when creating an appointment manually
  • Viewing/changing the timezone of an existing appointment (in case the customer has moved timezones)

This is important. And it needs to be possible to change. If a client makes a booking themselves in one time zone, great. But what happens if they move to another city, and then the admin books them in again……which time zone will it send it!? The original old one. We should be able to update this.
