An option is missing so that when the web admin has to make an appointment booking from the backend on behalf of the client, he/she can choose the time zone. This would simulate that the client is booking the appointment. Currently if you are scheduling an appointment for the client and the client is in a different time zone to the admin, the client receives notifications with the time that corresponds to the admin’s time zone, creating confusion. To prevent this from happening, it would be ideal if, when scheduling an appointment from the backend, you could choose the time zone and so the notification would be received with the time corresponding to the client’s time zone.
Please attend this feature!! It us very important.
The client must receive the booking notifications in their time zone even if the booking was done from the backend.
This feature sure be take care of. Backend should be able to choose the time zone.

It’s strange this isn’t available yet. FluentBooking, Calendly, TinyCal, etc. etc. all have this feature. Hopefully one day.

Appointments Added From Appointments Page Send Notifications Without Control Over Time Zone

When we add new appointments from the appointments page and choose to send a notification to the customer, there’s no way to set the customer time zone. So the customer notification shows the wrong time for any customer outside the store’s time zone. And the employee notification shows the wrong time for employees who are outside the store’s time zone.
So we need a way to set the customer time zone when adding appointments. And the notifications need to reflect the time zones of both the customer and the employee.
