I have clients I don’t want to register for events or appointments and I cannot block their email.
As a result, I cannot send the link for the meeting in the registration confirmation email. I have to do it manually and remove the refused client from the list of participants to send manually an emaiul with the link to all the other participants !

Had the possibility for the hairdresser to put someone on the blacklist himself,
block automaticaly the bookingall for the customer on the blacklis / tag on no show
ok to block the no-show clients.

Any news on this @Milos Timotic please ?


This is a must for a booking app , all my clients needs this … they are taking others plugin because they can blacklist people ..

I would love to have a blacklist option aswell

At the moment, it is already possible to block customers directly from the Customers list, which prevents them from making new bookings.
To better align this feature with your needs, we’d love your input:
would it be helpful for you to have a dedicated “Blocked Customers” (blacklist) view or filter, so you can easily manage and review only those users?
