Custom statuses for appointments and payments#729

C

In some businesses, you need to add your own statuses. It would be great to have the option to add custom statuses.

Default statuses for payments: Paid, Pending and Partially paid.

~ Other common statuses:

  • Refunded
  • Not refundable

Default statuses for appointments: Pending, Approved, Cancelled and Rejected

~ Other common statuses:

  • Cancelled by user
  • Cancelled by administrator
  • No-show
  • Checked in / At home
  • Checked out
  • Delayed
  • Late check out
  • Completed

This is what comes to mind quickly, but each client will need its own statuses besides the general ones.

Just noticed there’a been still no comment from our team here. Yes, this will be added, don’t worry! Don’t expect it to be “tomorrow”, please - but we do plan this.

Yes this is also useful to bind to a corresponding Woocommerce status. Like with the current status rules.
For my use case it would be useful as
I use my own CRM automations sequences that are getting triggered by the change of woocommerce status change. Since there is no option to track the notifications with the built-in notifications of Amelia.
CRM are way more powerful in terms of communication strategy than any built in notification system.

Bookly has this.

Wp fusion allows to set triggers based on status change. So that makes it s extra interesting without the need of extra coding skills.
