Accept payments for recurring appointments#711

My client needs the ability to book multiple appointments, only pay for the first booking, but needs the ability for the user to pay for their next upcoming appointment ONLINE. They DO NOT want to take payments on-site, defeats the purpose of this plugin and causes a management nightmare making sure people have paid before their appointment.
