Title: Improve Block Time Management and Visibility

Hello Amelia Team,

I would like to suggest two improvements regarding Block Time management.

1. Better Block Time Visibility

Currently, Block Time entries are used to prevent bookings during tournaments, special events, maintenance, clinics, camps, private activities, etc.

However, in daily operations, it is often difficult for managers and employees to immediately understand why a time slot is unavailable.

Suggested improvement:

• Display Block Time entries more prominently in all relevant calendars.
• Show the Block Time title directly in the calendar (Tournament, Camp, Maintenance, Private Event, etc.).
• Allow staff members to quickly identify the reason for the blocked period without having to investigate further.

For facilities and sports centers, this would significantly improve day-to-day management.

2. Prevent Block Time Conflicts

Currently, it is possible to create a Block Time even when bookings already exist during the selected period.

This can create confusion and operational conflicts.

Suggested improvement:

• Prevent creating a Block Time if active bookings already exist during that period.
  OR
• Display a warning indicating that reservations already exist and allow the administrator to decide how to proceed.

Example:

A manager accidentally creates a Block Time for a tournament while several customers are already booked on the same court.

The system should warn the administrator before allowing the Block Time to be saved.

Why this is important

Sports centers, event venues, clinics and recreation facilities frequently use Block Time to reserve courts, rooms and facilities for tournaments, camps, maintenance and special activities.

These two improvements would greatly improve scheduling accuracy and reduce operational mistakes.
