Currently, the admin calendar views (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) make it difficult to quickly visualize the ‘Occupancy Rate’ of a specific time slot at a glance. I am suggesting a new Grid/Matrix View specifically designed for group services.
Key features requested:
Occupancy Counter: Each time slot should display the ratio of booked spots vs. total capacity (e.g., “5/8”), helping admins identify which hours have high demand or are under-filled.
Visual Participant List: Instead of clicking to see details, the names of the attendees should be visible directly within the time slot box (similar to a spreadsheet or academic schedule).
Time-Block Rows: A vertical layout where hours are rows (e.g., 7:00, 8:00, 9:00) and days are columns, allowing us to see exactly who is in which session across the entire week without overlapping cards.
Status Tracking: Ability to see the progress or specific session number next to the student’s name (e.g., “Andrea Bernal 5-17/04”).
Why this is needed:
For businesses managing group classes or workshops, the current view is too cluttered when many people are in the same slot. A clean, matrix-style table would allow managers to balance workloads and see group distribution instantly.
