
When setting up a booking button for a specific service, I will already have the button configured to the specific service (see attached image ‘Selection_01.png’.) So it does not make sense to force clients to select again the booking catalog option in the initial popup screen (‘Selection_02.png’.)
The ideal purchase flow would be for the client to proceed from pressing the custom ‘Book’ button to the appointment calendar screen directly:
Selection_01.png –> Selection_03.png
Also, the popup is much too small for the ‘Appointment’ interface. But I’ll open a new suggestion for this issue.
