I primarily work with point-based subscriptions and time-limited subscriptions, and to give customers a better overview when booking, I’d like to use the “Events” feature. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with the subscription packages, as they automatically deduct points, etc., upon booking. As a result, I’m forced to process bookings through the “Services” feature, which, in my opinion, simply doesn’t provide a good overview and is a frequent source of complaints from customers. I’ve suggested this several times, and I’ve been told that it’s a request from some users. So I’m wondering when this will finally be rolled out.
