Flexible pause/break in the calendar#4810

Add the possibility to add non-recurrent pause directly in the calendar as a booking. Currently you can only set recurrent pause which is not adapted to solopreneurs with very flexible agenda. The only solution we found was to create a fake customer profile and add the pause like a RDV.

In the same situation, we use event with personal = employee. It is more flexible.
