Please give the option for a set minimum of attendees for an event. For us it is only sustainable to host an event if a certain amount of people show up. Otherwise or costs aren’t covered. Therefor we need an option to set a minimum amount of attendees with the option to set a timer and if this minium is not reached until this timer is done, the event will be cancelled automatically. For example I want to host a creative workshop in an café and I need at least 6 attendees for me to cover my costs and also the café needs to know 2 weeks in advance if the workshop will take place. This requires me to set a timer for 2 weeks prior to the event and if the minimum attendees isn’t reached I need to have the option to automatically cancel the event, without checking manually and then also notify the customers who booked already (this is already doable) and then also start an automatic refund and also credit note, like the invoices also are automatically created.
