¡Please custom fields for customer profiles!#3926

I am surprised that today 2025, personalized fields cannot be generated for customer profiles, this is something super important, for example those of Latepoint have this capacity, we should be able to add fields for profile photos, or personalized fields for documents etc.

We completely agree that being able to customize customer profiles is important. Starting with the 8.3 update, we introduced Customer Custom Fields, allowing you to save information directly tied to a specific customer.

If you’re using version 8.3 or higher, you’ll find two tabs on the Custom Fields page: Bookings and Customer. On the Customer tab, you can create different types of custom fields that will be connected to the customer profile. These fields will appear in the Edit Customer dialog in the backend and also in the Customer Panel.
