recaptcha confusion/bug#2946

enabling recaptcha broke all our payment forms. i informed the support team and was told that that wasn’t a bug, and i should only enable it if i have “on-site” payment selected…

all of that seems really weird to me. if there’s no way to prevent recaptcha from breaking payment forms if on-site is not turned on, then recatcha should not be an option to enable unless on-site is turned on.
