





Any news on it ? We need this for business hairdressers

In our latest update, we’ve introduced the Block Customer option. If you need to prevent a customer from making future bookings for any reason, you can now do so directly from their profile. Blocked customers will receive the message: “Booking is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”
This feature is particularly helpful if a customer is causing issues, spamming your website with fake bookings, or frequently missing appointments/events.
To use this feature, the customer must have an email associated with their profile. Making the email field mandatory for customers can streamline this process and enhance its effectiveness.

It would be nice if we could decide on wich services, categories, localisation or with wich employee the customer is block . Some our haridressers are independent so they don’t take some clients because of no-show and have a specific issue with this client BUT not the others. So by blocking everything, nobody else can take this customer when others people can.

Also is ther a liste to see all the customer on the black list ? And also, let the employee block te customer himself (add customer to the black list) can be helpfull because they know better than us (admin) who are the customer who are the more problematic, not showing at the appointement etc. They are the main user so if they can manage this black list, it is really better
