I suggest the integration of a QR Code that would appear for each reservation made by customers, it will allow managers to check the validity quite easily.

This is truly a feauture that completes Amelia like others event ticket solutions. If you sell tickets then you need to be able to go through the whole process including scanning.
A ticket without a barcode or qr code makes little sense at events if you can’t scan tickets. Indeed, I read that this is already and much requested feature and has been going back a few years. Give some more priority to this feature and listen to your customers

We overcame this problem as follows; We found a service that creates QR codes with dynamic URLs. We created a text that uses Amelia dynamic variables in the mail. Thus, when the QR is scanned, it simply shows the customer’s information. The downside is that if the appointment is canceled, Amelia cannot dynamically confirm this from the end. Because the QR code has completely static data.
