Amelia REST API - For integration with other apps and services.#1089

I love to work with Amelia and I hate how we are forced to use other plugins just becuase they have an API integration in place.

For example, Calendly. Almost every SaaS and app in the market are able to integrate with Calendly which made it an industry standard!

Amelia has been like a blackbox for the 3rd party integration for so long. I hope this would change very soon! It is a big benefits to Amelia. Users tend to stick with the tools that they can integrate in their workflows.

I have looked into the use of Webhooks as a workaround for now. It just requires you to have an app listening for the hooks, rather than a REST API where you can pull data on demand. A RESTful API would certainly be ideal.

This is a must feature! Do we have an update on this?

I don’t understand why they don’t propose it. It will be the best plugin for services with this .. Even fullstack dev could integrate it as backend

I don’t understand so there is no Rest API but we can find a solution with webhooks?

Apparently there is a REST API now according to the changelog for 6.7: “Feature: REST APIs management- empowering developers to extend integrations and customize the booking process- This feature is available in developer license, for general information and REST APIs, please refer to our documentation”

I personally haven’t found any link to a documentation yet

Amelia API to integrate with Automation products and services including Zapier, Make, Albato, N8N, FlowMattic, OttoKit, BitIntegrations, BitFlows etc.

Rest api need to fix provider id if customer don’t want specific staff , provider id : null
