Limit appointments per employee#1066

Employee can set a limit on the amount of appointments they will take per day/per week. For example, employee is availible from 9 until 5 but only wants to take two appointmets per day.

When these are filled, employee will no longer be shown as availible.

It would be good !!! it’s even urgent because I’m looking for how to do it, but apart from creating several employees and several locations, which is not great, it will generate a service list that is too long (see service at 75E) impossible to select several times for the same location or the same service with the same employee … I will have to use another means I think (barfy.fr)

Much needed feature

The limit of appointments per day/week is really necessary!

At the moment we are manuallty blocking the rest of the day off for each employee. VERY TIME CONSUMING. Setting a limit to how many appointments is CRUTIAL for this software. Please get this added ASAP.

Also, adding a busy event to the employee calendar that is synced to each employee is not working. This needs to be fixed to make work easier for us.

Amelia says it has added this feature, but where is it? How do we implement it?

Problem on the limit time slot capacity, i got 3 services:
Service A, duration 2 hours, minimum capacity =4
Service B, duration 3 hour, minimum capacity =4
Service C, duration 4 hour, minimum capacity =4
Default time slot= 1hour

for my understanding, i thought minimum capacity for services is i able to choose service A for 4 time per day on any time slot every 1hour but not group all on the same timeslot.
Somemore i also can select the other services on the same time as there are different services and employee able to perform it.
Possible to implement it?

At this moment only a limit per day is possible. We would like to add the possibility to limit appointments per week.

I need this option too. My employees don’t have the same amount of appointments in a day but I can only limit for all of them. Maybe we need a limit per employee but also a limit per services. All services are not available the same

Its crazy 3 years and no solution. I just came here to say to u guys: Just use AI to build your own thing, its easier than it looks and u dont have to wait 3 fkn years to get what you want. When I saw Amelia wasnt implementing this feature that was essential at my business, 4 days later I did all that I needed with Cursor and now im using Google Antigravity
